Cognitive packet observatory

A public observatory for bounded packet flow.

Part technical manifesto, part architecture map, part schema lab, part agent-readable surface. The animation is decorative; the event log and JSON files carry the same inspectable information.

Native canvas and an optional worker render a low-cost visual field. Motion and audio are opt-in or controllable, and text alternatives remain available.
