# Mememtech Startup Packet

## Startup goal

Resume work on Mememtech.com as a root-flat, zero-dependency PHP website with local `.uai` file memory and `/docs` durable memory.

## Required first read

## Active intake check

Before unrelated work, enumerate:

- `agent-file-handoff/Content/`
- `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/`
- any obvious misplaced root-level intake file.

If active non-placeholder files exist, review them, disposition them, record one outcome per file in `.uai/intake-outcome-ledger.uai`, preserve durable evidence under `/docs` when configured, and do not claim completion until proof of use or a blocker is recorded.

## Durable-memory routing

- Full report bodies live under `/docs/reports`.
- Long-term memory instructions and ledgers live under `/docs/memory`.
- `.uai/long-term-memory.uai` is pointer-only but not context-free.
- `.uai/report-pointer-ledger.uai` is the report-only deep-link surface.
- Do not load all source reports into hot context unless the task requires that evidence.

## Default action

When source, scope, authority, allowed use, or constraints are unclear, default to no-op and ask for review in the changed file or final handoff note.
